• Developing and implementing strategies to minimize the shipping and receiving costs and coordinating with the key partners and vendors to manage logistics and transportation of goods.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement, and developing plans to optimize the efforts and improve efficiency.
• Implementing standard processes and best practices to improve the efficiency of the shipping and receiving department.
• Managing the shipping and receiving department's day-to-day operations, supervising other team members' work, and providing guidance and support.
  

What your background should look like

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
